How do I amend the pre loaded total in concur as I can only claim half of the bill and the other half will be a personal expense.

At the moment I have to claim the whole amount which is not what I want to do.

@Sony2 itemize the expense and mark the half you don't want to claim as Personal by using the Personal Expense (do not reimburse) checkbox.
