Expense

I submitted an expense approx 3 weeks ago which has been approved by my line manager. On the claim status it is saying it has been sent for payment approx 2 weeks ago, however, still nothing has been received. The estimated date of payment keeps moving forward by 2-3 days on a daily basis.
