Expense type not found

I'm trying to submit an out of pocket expense for a remote printer but I don't see any expense type for equipment. What should I use?

Every one of our customers have their own set of expense types, so knowing what you should choose is not as simple as it sounds.

Is there an Office Supplies expense type or something similar?

Yes, but it's for travel (office supplies) and for some reason the currency comes up as Zimbabwe dollars.
