Expense report not sent to approval

Hello support team,

I have submitted my report of June 22nd and it still say External Validation and it still did not reach my Approver.

It does not even show any workflow as where its stuck. Could you please help confirm if i submitted the expense accurately?

@W275061 Your report isn't "stuck". External Validation is an extra review step that occurs outside of the SAP Concur tool. It is something your company decided to implement. At this point, all you can do is wait for the external validation to take place. Once done, the report will move along the workflow.
