Expense report cannot be submited

I have been trying to solve this issue following the outlined steps in the Alert below. However, I keep getting the same error each time I create a new report and move the expenses. Any suggestion on how to resolve this issue?

Are you able to share a screenshot of the actual red flags for the expenses?

@mpaye I don't see an unsubmitted report in your profile. Are you working on someone else's report? If so, either reply here showing the actual alerts and what they say or send me a private message with the name of the person you are working on behalf of.
