Expense report approved but not paid


I've submitted an expense report on 17th of July, it shows approved but I have not received the payment yet. 

How long does it take to be processed? Thank you.

I submitted an expense on 15-Jul that I still haven't been reimbursed for, and I've seen at least three other threads for users having the same issue.  My helpdesk is clueless.  Hopefully they get it together and get us our money back!

Same here I got a few reports submitted on the 18th still not paid.

Hello all. When it comes to payments, the best people to contact at your company are in Finance, Accounting or Payroll. 


Likely your internal help desk won't have the access to see if payments were made. Best bet is to check the departments where the money comes from. 🙂
