Expense report approved and paid but AMEX has not received funds

My expense report was approved and shows paid on 10 Jan and it has always only taken 2 days maximum for the funds to arrive on my AMEX card. However, it is now 8 days on and I have spoken with AMEX and they do not see an inbound transaction for my approved and paid expenses. Reason for the question is I had another expense report approved and paid on 6 Jan and the funds were with AMEX on the morning of 9 Jan which quick considering it includes a weekend. Please advise if possible.

@rpbice I suggest reaching out to either your Finance or Payroll team to see where the payment is.
