I am trying to submit expenses for my manager, Becky Snethen, but 3 charges show as out of pocket when trying to submit and they are not. Is there a problem as I don't want to delete from transactions as e-ticket/file is attached.
@pennywilliams looks like you resolved the issue, correct? I see you have a report that is submitted, but it only has one expense on it.
Actually no - she still has 2 airline tickets and her car rental showing but when I try to add, it states out of pocket. trying to figure out if it is a system error or what is happening.
I have the same problem with an expense report I am trying to submit for my executive as well. Expenses are showing up as Out of Pocket and they aren't and I am not seeing any expenses showing up under the View Transactions tab either.
