Expense charges missing


I am struggling with the following issue: one of the area managers was uploading expense receipts to Concur and accumulating them in a report prior to submitting. However, he claims that they are now missing. Not sure if this is a system issue or something he did wrong but is there a way to retrieve them?

@juan_alahitte I've not ever seen this issue in person. I would ask that you have this person log in to the web version of SAP Concur. This way we can isolate the issue to possibly being mobile app related or not. If the receipts are visible in the web version, then it would tell us the issue resides with the mobile app.


I'll await to see what your area manager tells you as far as them being visible in the web version or not.
