@I636703 External validations are done outside of Concur. Reports in this status cannot be recalled, so you just have to wait until the validation is complete. Since the validation is done outside of Concur, we have no idea on what the time frame is for the validation to be completed.
There isn't anything wrong with your submission. You'll have to just give it more time.
