Expense and Approvals as delegate

Aside from the new 2fa nightmare, now when I'm acting as delegate, I can only see travel for my boss. 


I cannot see expenses or approvals.


How do I see this for him?

@myusernamehere Are you setup under the user profiles as an Expense Delegate? I would make sure that you check the delegate permissions. I hope this helps.


To add a Delegate:

  1. Go to Home Administration > Company > Company Admin
  2. Select User Administration
  3. Search for and open the user's profile for whom you want to assign a delegate to
  4. Scroll to the Expense and Invoice Settings section and click on Expense Delegates 
  5. On the Expense Delegates popup, click Add
  6. Start typing the Last Name of the user to be set as the delegate
  7. Select the user's name from the list
  8. Check the boxes to grant them the desired permissions
  9. Click Save
