Expense User multiple departments

Is there a way to setup an Expense user so that they can submit expenses against more than one department?

@abhall we have the Allocations feature for this exact purpose. No extra set up on the user profile is needed. However, allowing Allocations is something that we don't give access to unless you have taken the appropriate training. Do you know if someone at your company has access to modify Forms and Fields?
