Expense Type Missing on Mobile App

Employees are reporting that they cannot choose expense types within the Concur mobile app when creating an expense. Is this a known issue/glitch that Concur is working on? I found some old forums where this was discussed, but this is a new occurrence for our employees. Occurring on both Apple and Android devices.

@scherer79 could you provide me with two or three expense types that are reported as missing, please? 

It is possible to keep an expense type from being visible on the mobile app. That could be the issue, but I'd have to know some specific expense types first to say if this is the issue or not.
