@LynnBrunoRSM this is not possible unless you have access to Cognos reporting, which I'm guessing you do not. The only thing you can do is look at all your reports 2023 reports individually and make note of the expenses by expense type then add them up manually.
However, if you knew someone at your company with Cognos access, you might be able to talk them into building this report and running it for you. It is a really simple report to build. I would start asking people either in your Finance, Accounting, Payroll or IT departments. They are usually the ones with access.
