Expense Report of all Expense Claims Submitted/Approved per employee

SAP Concur Community,


I would like to run a report from Cognos, which details all of the Expense Reports Submitted (and approved) by the employees in my organisation.  


The report should also provide a breakdown of the expenses within each expense report.  Please can someone assist?

@Keneal what is your experience with building reports in Cognos? I'm asking because depending on your level of experience, I can tell you how to build this report. I can provide the steps, but they would only really make sense to someone who has built their own reports before.

I would recommend you start by looking at the standard reports that Concur has already built.  If they suit your needs, you can run them.  If you need more info added, then you can have reporting create the custom report from the standard.
