@1grand6 your company has put a block on submitting reports during a cutover period where your SAP Concur instance is being migrated.
It looks like you will either have to do one of two things:
1. Wait until November 23rd.
2. Reach out to your internal SAP Concur site administrator to see if they can push it through.
My guess is you will have to wait until the site migration has completed.
