Expense Report History

What is the best way for a supervisor to view the past expense reports for their employees? Do you give them access in reporting? How do you handle this?

@SueW approvers can sign in and go to Approvals at the top of the screen. See my screenshot below. Here is the order of the red arrows.

1. Approvals

2. Reports

3. View

 

No special permissions needed.
