Expense Report G/L Drop down list

I'm adding Expense G/L codes and notice that in the drop down menu they are not showing up. I see the codes on the Expense Type, but why are they not showing up when I create and Expense report? Below are showing some, but its missing other codes.

Need some direction on what's missing and why the others aren't showing up.
