Expense Report Exception

I am getting the following exception: Beginning 11/30 all receipts need to be attached at the entry or line level instead of at the header or report level.  A receipt was attached, similar to way I did it with the six others in the expense report; however for this particular line item, the exception will not go away. Please advise.

@mswiatkowski a lot of times exceptions that deal with receipts do not get reevaluated until you try to submit. Did you try submitting the report? If not, give that a try and let me know the result.
