Expense Delegates Issue

 I am helping a person who is having issues as an Expense Delegate on Concur.  When she goes to act as other user, she selects the name of the person who she is helping, the Expense tab at the top of the screen is missing.  Does anyone have any idea what might cause this?

When necessary permissions are not assigned, delegates do not have complete access.

To add necessary permissions for your delegate: 

1. Go to Profile > Profile Settings 
2. Click Expense Delegates 
3. Add or select existing Delegate to assign permissions
4. Check boxes for permissions you would like to add for this delegate
5. Click Save
   • Delegate Permissions: 
     • Can Prepare
     • Can Submit Reports
     • Can Approve
     • Can View Receipts 
     • Receives Emails
     • Delegate Approver Permissions (if you are Expense Approver):
       • Can Approve
       • Can Approve Temporary,
       • Can Preview for Approver
       • Receives Approval Emails

So it did not work as those options are not available.  I can only select "Receive emails".  The others are not even shown.

I put in a ticket to reach out to the Concur  Admins as this seems to be a permissions issue at this point.

I have updated Donna Stock's Concur profile delegate access to include Regina Honorable and Aamit Bharmal. Donna will now be able to be a delegate to prepare and submit expense reports on behalf of the two employees listed.
