Expense Delegate/Lost Receipt Function

As a Concur travel and expense delegate EA, do we have the ability to use the lost receipt function?  When I select the drop-down arrow under manage receipts, I do not have that function however my VP does. 

It would be very helpful if could use this function.

Hi @sackmichele ,

By design, missing receipt functionality is available for report owners only. Delegate or proxy user wont be able to access that if they are acting on behalf of someone.

@sackmichele as @PoojaKumatkar mentioned, the Missing Receipt Declaration is only available to the employee who owns the report. The reasoning is that the MRD is a binding document and an attestation, so it should be declared by the actual employee and not someone else.
