I am trying to submit a cell phone reimbursement expense and am getting an error message that says, over expense limit for the month. The limit is $75 and that is what I am submitting. Can this have to do with the date of submission? If my usage date is March 14-April 13, the Bill is paid through automatic withdrawal May 6th and I submit it for expense June 6th, what is the expense date? I submitted the February 14-March 13 bill on March 16 for $75 and it went through without a problem.
