Expense Assistant -- Option not visible for all users to Opt in

Hello, We have turned on Expense Assistant for our users, however, not everyone is seeing the blue banner to opt into. We went to Site Settings and checked the box to allow users to opt in, I can see the blue banner when I click on Expense, however, other users are stating they do not see it. Any suggestions as to why someone may not be seeing this? Thank You! Kelly

@KSanville829 to make sure this option isn't available for the users not seeing the banner, have them go to Profile>Profile Settings>Expense Settings>Expense Preferences. On this screen they should see the option to opt into Expense Assistant. If these users do not see it, then it might be that you do not have Expense Assistant turned on for the Expense Group they belong to. The Site Settings option you turned on makes the option available to be turned on by Expense Group. So, it must be activated in both places. 

 

It's likely you don't have access to the Group Configurations screen. If not, you would need to submit a ticket to SAP Concur Support to have it turned on at the Group level.
