Expense Approver not able to add

My line manager is not on my expense approver list. It won't event let me select a person or add a person to my expense approver list. They are under my information as line manager, but not an approver.

You will likely have to ask your company's Concur Admin to change your expense approver - I would recommend reaching out to your finance and accounting department if you're not sure who that person is. This is a function that is usually locked for end-users, which explains why you can't do it yourself.
