Expense Account Missing - Concur Support is no help

Has anyone experienced issues where you can't select an expense type?  We put a ticket in two weeks ago and it still has not been resolved.  All we get is a "working on it" response.

@brayamr Thanks for posting in the SAP Concur Community. I do see that support is working with the internal teams on this case. Does this happen for one specific expense type or for all expense types?

Thank you for the reply.  It happens for all staff for all expense types.  We were told it's a bug and have not been given a timeline.  We are now entering our 3rd week of not being able to submit expense reports.
