Solved: Existing user ID with another company

We have a new employee who is already set up with a Concur user ID and login with another employer. Is the only option to set them up with a unique User ID to log in and submit claims to our company, or is there a way they can use one User ID to access 2 separate (unrelated) companies?

@jessc so this user is simultaneously working for two different companies that both use SAP Concur? I'm asking to clarify if this employee is still working for the other company. If so, then your only option is to set them up with a unique username at your company.
