I thought all my business trip payment has been paid. but...
I've informed extra toll fee($74) has been charged by Hertz. but the amount is already over the pre-approved request cost.
Do I need to apply a new request for the extra toll fee? or is there any workaround to submit?
@Jae00 you shouldn't need to submit a second request. Just be sure you clear the red exception and use the URL provided in the exception message to resolve it.
