Event Listener Error

Hello,

I work for a company where we have thousands of users using Concur daily. 
We are having a growing issue where users (it seems to be random) are receiving this error and cannot complete expense reports.

My team and I have tried everything we can think of and we are having no luck.

Concur Support hasnt been a ton of help either.

One thing to note:

These users do not use the mobile app, they are only approved to use the website at this time to do their expense reports.

Make sure you are using the correct web address for Concur - concursolutions.com.  Look at the link for the correct address.  If you are using any older versions, they no longer forward to the correct web address.  This was common for some of my older users with an old link from a previous Concur version.
