I am experiencing an issue when submitting my mileage for 06/17/24. I added my route and when I deduct 30 miles from the total miles the milage calculator gives; it doesn't allow me to save. I receive an error message and cannot move forward with submission.

@Aileenpineda @nickpage @JPitisi SAP Concur is aware that this is affecting some users. They are currently working on the fix. I'm not sure of the time line though.

In the US2 and EU2 Data Centers, saving car mileage expenses through the SAP Concur website is below expected level. Affected users may experience the following error when attempting to save a car mileage expense entry, "Sorry, but something went wrong with this task.

In the US2 and EU2 Data Centers, saving car mileage expenses through the SAP Concur website is below expected level. Affected users may experience the following error when attempting to save a car mileage expense entry, "Sorry, but something went wrong with this task." A workaround for this issue is not available at this time. The Incident Response Team has triaged the issue and begun investigation to identify root cause.
