Error when importing Itinerary

I’m having troubles importing travel itinerary to create expenses.

Error message said to contact if it happened more, and I have now tried in all ways I can imagine with the same result.
Mobile app on iPhone is not better, selecting a trip doesn't transfer dates from that trip, just puts "today's date" in the itinerary.

Please advise!

@Hagren are you still having this issue? If so, I would suggest reaching out to your company's SAP Concur site admin. If you aren't sure who this is, look in the Company Notes section of the SAP Concur home page or speak with your direct manager to see if they know who to contact. If the issue persists, your site admin will need to submit a Help ticket to Concur Support for you.
