@Kirsty_Morrison I see you selected car with ID EF16 but you have a second car registered on your profile. Try choosing the other vehicle from the Vehicle ID drop down.
When I looked at your profile on the Personal Car registration screen, the EF16 car has a Fuel/Engine Car Allowance that says "Do not Use". My guess is that is the issue. Switching the car should fix the issue.
