Error when adding HCP attendee

An error message will appears when users attempt to add the HCP attendees.

Error message: "There was an error adding your attendee."

I get the same error message when adding some HCPs but not all. We have not found a resolution yet, can you help? We have many reps that can't complete their expense reports.
