Error: "Location is not valid" (small towns or city of India are not available in drop down list)

Under Edit Itinerary option, while entering Departure or Arrival City - getting error for some small towns or city in India. Error : "Location is not valid"

Small towns or city of India are not available in drop down list. How to add them ?

e.g.

- Chakradharpur, Jharkhand, India

- Chaibasa, Jharkhand, India

it happens that not all towns are uploaded in Concur, so there are 2 options:

1- Enter and use a main city near by from the one that is not available;

2- Ask to the Concur system administrator to have those cities added in the database, which they might be able to add those themselves (depends on their authorisation settings) OR they will ask to the Concur's support via ticketing to do so.

@kedar if you have admin rights you can go to Administration>Expense>Locations and add new locations there. If you do not have admin rights, you will need to reach out to your company's SAP Concur internal site administrator and ask them to add the cities in question.
