Error message when trying to submit report for approval

Each time my manager tries to submit his expense report for approval, he receives the error message "Internal server error.

1. Switching browsers to see if error persists

2. Clear browser cache

Hi Kevin. I am having the same issue, and this did not solve the problem. Do you have any other recommendations?
