Error message every third entry

Every three entries i get the following error message. I have to completely log out and back in to reenter.

@tracysc I'm logged into your account and do not see any expense reports for the last 90 days. Were you doing an expense report for someone else?

Hi Kevin - Yes i am doing expense reports for D. Williams. I do all the reports for our team.
