Error in downloading/ saving report in Query Studio (Customized report)

Hello, I created a customized report in Query Studio however I am not able to save the report. Even though I have the Professional author role, it is asking me to sign in. When I am entering my credentials it is giving me below error. Could you please help here.

When were you granted permissions? Sometimes if you are granted permission, it takes 24 hours for the change to take place. 

 

Also, are you utilizing Firefox? I don't do any authoring on other platforms as it doesn't really work. Each time I go to Firefox, I actually have to clear my cookies (in Settings/Privacy) before I can access Concur Intelligence and the Cognos reporting area.

@sg1194 this usually means you timed out. You will need to re-launch Intelligence from the SAP Concur home screen.
