Error in Expense report

Hello,

I am having issues with expense reports, this continuously is popping up when working in an expense. Have tried clearing cache/cookies multiple times, tried different browsers, and incognito mode. It will still save the expenses if I X out of the pop-up rather than closing but it is problematic.

if the problem persists, could you try using Firefox as browser?
