Every time I try to save an expense form I get the following message.
The Support Site is also down so I have no way to clear this error.

It's a next gen issue and the best way to get it worked on is to open a support ticket. It is happening with every one of my expense users and the more emails that support gets, hopefully they will fix this issue for all. Right now, they are only fixing on an individual expense user basis.
