Error Code When Entering Expenses

It is only on this one computer, but keep getting this error code/message...

Please give advice/assitance if you may be aware on how to resolve this very stubborn issue.

Tried clearing cache and cookies, tried different web browsers, with no success/improvement.

@sfigueiredo we are currently having an issue with Mileage expenses in particular. We are working on a fix. I'm not sure when the fix is planned to be available.

The issue is still not resolved and is happening on more than one computer and laptop.
