Emails received to approve but not showing in account

I currently have a manager who is receiving emails to approve expenses (including reminders) for one of her team but when she clicks on the link there's nothing showing to approve? This has happened twice now and Finance have now approved the expenses for payment each time. I've looked at both accounts and she is showing as his manager (hence receiving the emails) but they are definitely not showing as pending approval. Any suggestions?

@lucyjnorman has this manager received an approval email recently? Is there a report that should be showing in her approval queue that isn't based on receiving this notification? 

 

Could you send me a private message of the employee submitting and the manager's name? I'd like to take a look at their profiles. Click on my username (KevinD). You will see a Message button.
