Efficient Management of Expense Approvals and Report Downloads

Hi,

As part of my role, I am responsible for approving all expenses. Additionally, I need to save detailed reports for each report name, categorized by users, to upload them to Acumatica, the software we use for tracking project costs.

Is there a way to:

1. Mass download all the files?
2. Mass approve the expenses?

Hi!

1. If you are looking to download receipts from multiple expense reports, please open a case with SAP Concur Support and we will involve the correct Extracts team to assist you.
Receipts cannot be downloaded from multiple expense reports, due to system design. They can only be downloaded from individual expense reports. 

2. Approvers cannot mass approve expense reports as each report should be reviewed individually.
