I am seeking a way to easily determine if I've already expensed an item. I seek a means to quickly identify a previously expensed item by it's amount and/or by the vendor, and/or by catagory. Alternatively, if there were a way to export all individual transactions, say for the past year, into a spreadsheet, I could conduct my searches there.
Thank you for your thoughts and ideas.

SAP Concur has a default setting to look for duplicate transactions on the same expense report and across reports. So, if you have added the same expense to two different reports, you should see a yellow exception for that expense saying it might be a duplicate expense. That is the only way I know of.
There is not an export option to download all previous transactions/expenses to a spreadsheet to do a search.
