When I try to submit my claim in Concur I get the following error: Your "ERP Vendor ID" field is empty in your Workday profile (Workday Profile>Personal>Other IDs>ERP Vendor ID). As this is a mandatory field in the ERP please contact Colleague Services to upload this data to your profile. I contacted my Colleague Services and they fixed it but still I can't submit any claims due to this error. What to do?
