E-Receipt for Lyft

I have activated e-receipts in the Lyft business account per the instructions as well as "receipt forwarding - linked SAP Concur" and work email is verified.  After all the steps, the receipts are still not showing up.  Is there someone that knows what I'm doing wrong? Thank you in advance.

@mullany2 did you sign in to your SAP Concur account and use the App Center option to connect to Lyft?
