E-Receipt for Concur Expense Only

Good Day Everyone.

I have a question about e-receipt interface. Assuming a company with Concur Expense only (no Concur Travel), can it use the web service Receipt V4 for the suppliers to send receipts to Expense module?

Another question. Is the web service Receipt V4 the same web service that User Connections applications in the App Center is using to send e-receipts to Expense module?

I only know the Uber can send the e-receipt to Concur.
