Download AP/GL Extract

Hi all, 

I would like to know  how can I download automatically the AP/GL Extract every day to a server local.

Now I check the Concur page every day and download the AP/GL Extract, but sometimes I have forgotten to do. Thats why I would like to create some internal routines and a process bat to insert the information in my SAP BO through DTW .

I hope you can help me please !!
