Dormant Account

Our Concur expense platform has been dormant for several months.  I'm the new administrator and I'm trying to find previously submitted expense reports from one of my peers. I made myself his approver but he can't see where he can re-submit an expense report.  How can I find them? Thanks.

@dbruce45 if the reports he submitted were already approved, then he won't be able to resubmit. Even though you are now his approver, only his old approver can see reports they had previously approved. 

If you are an admin do you have the Processor role. If so, you can use the Processor screen to view reports previously submitted by any employee.
