Why can't I just talk to anyone in this company wow! No phone support or listed anywhere, all online and using chat rooms! SO we have to talk to other people having issues? Thx

I'm going to take it you tried both the options highlighted in my screenshot and were not able to chat or speak to someone. Is that right? If so, what is your question or issue?
