Detailed Expense v. Standard Expense View

We have some users that are able to toggle between the Standard and Detailed expense view, while others get "stuck" in Detailed once they use it.  Is there any fix for this?  We've tried different browsers (Edge and Chrome) and tried clearing cache/cookies.

@swessels sounds like a bug. I suggest you submit a help ticket to Concur Support so they can look into this.
