Deleting/Hiding a Default Field

There is a field called "Personal Expense (do not reimburse)" that we do not want users to select. Is there a way to delete/hide it?

Hi @applep !

To hide this feature in the Professional version of SAP Concur, the Expense Configuration Administrator (Unrestricted) role is needed. If no users within your company have this role, please contact SAP Concur Support for assistance. A user with this role can take the following steps to hide the Personal Expense (do not reimburse) checkbox from expense entries:

1. Navigate to Administration > Expense 
2. Click Forms and Fields
3. Select Expense Entry under the Form Type dropdown
4. Click the Fields tab
5. Select the Personal Expense (do not reimburse) line
6. Click Modify Field
7. In the Access Rights box, change the Employee Role dropdown to Hidden
8. Click Save

Note: The Expense Configuration Administrator (unrestricted) role can only be provided by the Learning Services team upon completion of the Concur Advanced Configuration Training Class.

@applep it should also be mentioned that to access the Forms and Fields area, you need full site access, which is only granted to those who have completed our Advanced Configuration class. If you haven't completed this class, then you will need to submit a help ticket to Concur Support to have them hide this field.

Can I access these settings if I have the Standard Edition of Concur? Or do I need to update to Pro?
